We use ******* so that after a long day of driving checking is is simple. Not so here . The person at the front desk had no idea how to check us into the room. We were the only person he was helping and it took more than 35 minutes. The entire timing was calling other people asking them to help him because he didn’t know how to do it . I actually felt bad for him because he could see he was visibly stressed. He was put in a position that he was not properly trained for , finally someone showed up and checked us in with a frustrated additude . The room was fine but the door lock would not lock unless fumble with. Unsafe! Then in the morning there was no water I called down to reception to find out what was going on and I said something was leaking. OK I said I will wait but 30 minutes later then 40 minutes later then 50 minutes later still no water. What we needed to do was purchase bottled water to brush our teeth and wash our face before trying to get back on the road, no apologies were. made .
